The Halifax says it’s index has shown house prices up 0.7% compared to the previous month and 6.9% from the same time last year. There is concern however the price rises are creating another bubble similar to the one which caused the 2008 recession. Howard Archer, the chief UK economist with IHS Global Insight said, “The acceleration in house prices…will fuel concern that we could be on our way to a new housing bubble,” Are you trying to sell your property?
