Kindness is something that is very important for the society and for our individual lives too. That is the reason there is a greater need today to teach kindness in schools:
    1. Happy Children:
This can lead to children being happy and thus enjoy more trust and pleasure. Kindness can result in positive emotions like joyfulness and trust.
    2. Increased Acceptance:
Researches and studies have shown that kindness helps to form better and more efficient relations with peers and friends. This also leads to better mental health.
    3. Improved Health:
Kindness also leads to better health and less stress. It is a fact that when you are kind, you actually trigger the release of hormone oxytocin which again results in several physical and mental health benefits. It can even have a positive impact on the cardiovascular system too.
These are some of the benefits that I found out while I was looking for my Essay Help during my high school project.
